Founder and Principal Consultant, Ellyn has taught in the K-12 system, private and alternative systems, and now teaches in university. She has also held senior learning and leadership positions within global corporations. Her professional practice grows out of her deep commitment to collaborative relationships and meaningful learning experiences. She champions critical thought and positions education as change. Her current research interests include: the role of reflexive inquiry in practitioner development; education for social change; adult education; organizational learning; and narrative.
